Key Workers – Out of Hours Service
To assist Key Workers who may have difficulty engaging with insurance professionals due to their current heavy workload and shift pattern we have created a “fast response” group of experienced staff. We will be on call from 07:00 – 22:00 every day for such workers.
If you are a Key Worker of the following employers:
- NHS
- Police
- Fire
- Ambulance
- Coastguard
- RNLI
And have a question about your Private Car, Motorcycle, Home or Residential Let property whether a current customer of ours our not please email key@bpib.co.uk
We will respond to you within 30 minutes and attempt to address your query and provide assistance.
